We look after the server and the hosting platform: the operating system, control panel, web server, PHP, databases, email services, security, backups and monitoring. We don't maintain your website's own code or plugins, but we'll help diagnose problems and can quote for extra work.
We audit your current server, build the new one, let you test everything, then switch over at a time that suits you. Your old server stays live for 7–14 days in case anything needs rolling back. Standard cPanel-to-cPanel and Plesk-to-Plesk moves are free.
No. Plans are monthly rolling. A 12-month term is available at a 10% discount. If you leave within your first 12 months, a migration fee applies, reducing each month.

By default in ISO 27001 certified datacentres in Germany and Finland, covered by UK GDPR adequacy. Backups are stored separately with a second provider. UK-only hosting is available on request.
Yes. Managed and Priority plans include a cPanel licence, and Plesk is available too. If you'd rather not pay for a control panel, we can run your sites panel-free on the Essential plan.
We can host email on your server, but for most businesses we recommend Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for better reliability and deliverability. We'll help you move as part of your migration.
